"Jaime, I’m sorry you feel this way about your experience with our office. Our team did meet with you in person and spent time trying to help explain the claims process and who you needed to contact regarding your concerns with your adjuster. I also personally spoke with you by phone to try to understand what was happening and explain the next steps available to you. You felt the adjuster was being disrespectful and rude but couldn't explain to me what happened and told me you weren't required to. I explained for us to get involved, I needed more context as to what was happening, especially given the comments made about the adjusters name the day before.

We are always willing to help our customers however we can, but there are portions of the claims process that must be handled directly by the claims department. We also expect conversations with and about our team members and claims partners to remain respectful.

I do stand behind my team and how we handled the situation and the guidance that was provided. "
